You hear a lot about how to change your life, but how is your relationship to you key? Today you’ll meet the founder of Meditating Human, Tiffany Antoine. Tiffany and I discuss her experiences of trauma that led to her powerful moment of realization. What she realized compelled her to change the story and patterns of her lineage, as well as change the entire direction of her life.

Five years ago, Tiffany developed a blueprint merging her two passions, Project Management and Manifestation, to produce a framework which would allow everyone to purposely manifest, steadily, for the rest of their lives. The success of her work inspired her online course, which is also being adapted into a book, Project Manage Your Manifestations. As you’ll learn through our conversation, she is passionate about teaching you how to create a life you want, because that’s exactly what she has done for herself. Tiffany currently hosts a YouTube channel called, Meditating Human, focusing on different aspects of spirituality. Her goal is to make spiritual practices and philosophies more digestible and easier to implement into daily life, in practical ways. She also has her MBA in Management, Graduate Certification in Project Management, is Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has her PMP.

Happy, freakin’ Friday! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? Today I danced in the car, after making time for my favorite breakfast. It was fun! Not that anything was overly exciting, but I enjoyed every moment, present and aware of how good the food was, the magic of being in great company and the pure bliss of singing and dancing to “old school” music.

Now, it’s time for work, and I am still deeply grateful for this moment in time to share with you. I usually put my newsletter on the backburner, thinking about all I want to share that will support you on your path, but then I make up a story around not having the time. You do the same thing, right? Something(s) in life that you keep putting off, and it haunts you to no end because you really did have time...

I was talking to the Alchemy Circle members about our relationship to time, being mindful in our moments and asking, “How can I enjoy this?”, no matter what we’re choosing or tasked to do. We also, as usual, ended our class with a guided journey to immerse ourselves in the experience of whatever we discussed.

I have been a busy-bee lately, managing “regular” work, returning to the podcast and mailing out The Energetic Alchemist Oracle decks. I admit, it has been a rush; exciting and frustrating, comical and mind-bending. It has been…interesting. Without thinking about time, I’ve just been in it. I’m aware of my energy through each moment of expression, aware of my perspectives and amplifying my gratitude through each task. This has made me grateful for time, rather than at war with it. It’s all story. Clear your mind, energy and being…and enjoy the weekend, in JOY!
