When we incarnate into human form, regardless of gender, we are infused with energies of both the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine (one does not exist without the other).

The balance of these two energies is unique to each person and YOUR expression of the divine is determined by your connection, harmonization and realization of self.

In today's culture, many of us have focused on developing our divine masculine, as a means of strength. In this, we have become out of balance, forgetting the power and strength of the divine feminine, inherent in all life forms!

What Is a Breathing Goddess?

You may be familiar with Goddesses, from various cultures, all of whom are referred to as either mythological, ancient, deceased or in energetic form (without a physical body). They represent various aspects of the Divine Feminine and are often referred to as reminders of our own goddess energy.

A Breathing Goddess is the embodiment of the divine feminine in physical form.

What Type of Goddess Are You?

The beauty of being human is that you are BOTH physical and nonphysical. You have an energetic body, as well a physical body. Your physical body requires energy to function and your energy body requires physicality to incarnate into human form.

You are a Breathing Goddess, simply because you are empowered with divine feminine & divine masculine energies, ALIVE and breathing, in human form. But why does this matter and what will this information support in our life experience?

Increasing Your Awareness and Understanding for Self-Healing and Evolution of Consciousness!

Part of the human experience is evolution of consciousness. We incarnate in form to learn through experience and to gain a deeper appreciation of the divine, expressed as and through ALL matter! And as part of this incarnation you adopted an independent identity, through an independent vessel (body) and began to create in ways to support ONE of many divine expressions.

At some point there’s a spark of remembrance that emerges. You begin to question WHO you are, WHAT your purpose is and WHY you feel called to live and experience life differently. You start to sense and know that there’s more to you than what you’ve been taught. Well, that's why you're here! I believe, wholeheartedly, that when you seek, the unified field of divine consciousness will respond.

Who Am I?

My name is Yolanda, and just like you, I am a Breathing Goddess. I have been questioning and seeking answers about life, my ENTIRE life, but I didn't acknowledge subtle clues and obvious answers until the Universe began to scream, "Wake Up!"

My heart began to ache for understanding. I had to understand who I am, beyond conditioning, in order to gain any sense of clarity.

My spiritual journey began with meditation and Reiki, simultaneously. As I began to realize how amazing we are, both physical and nonphysical, and how powerful we are - and how connected we are, I began to see myself and the world around me in new ways.

I continue to study and practice for the sake of self-mastery, as I’ve learned that we are responsible for our own minds, emotions, will, energies and bodies. And the truth is that if you don’t come into this awareness, if you don’t take responsibility of managing your own elements of being, you will remain in the loop of conditioning that keeps many in a state of “sleep”. You’ve heard the term awakening - it’s a process that can only be supported by your own willingness.

I will share with you what helps me to go deeper, exploring the beauty and wonder of being human - of being a breathing goddess.

I’ve been teaching since 2011, offering a variety classes (online and in San Diego, CA) and I host a weekly podcast, sharing tools and techniques to help you connect with yourself on deeper levels - to wake up to your true nature. What I’ve learned is that the only way to understand this life is to understand yourself. And the only way to understand yourself is through self-connection, exploration and acceptance of the divine as expressed through you!

I will share with you what I've come to understand through experience, but YOUR understanding will only come through your own exploration and experiences. This is why my classes are highly experiential and full of guided journey’s to support you in understanding, beyond the information given.

As you grow and understand WHO you are and the life you're living from a new lens, you will realize that you’re able to experience yourself and life in higher ways. What you choose to SEE or ignore has a direct impact on you; how you identify yourself and others, which impacts how you love yourself and others.

Whether you have children in this incarnation or not, you are a Mother of the Community. And this has nothing to do with gender, as you are a Father of the Community as well. Each and every one of us embodies the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine! Again, you are the Sun, Moon and Stars - Father, Mother and Child.

The Divine Goddess expresses and reveals herself in many forms, through many incarnations and non-physical impressions. Take a deep-intentional breath, realizing your own embodiment of goddess energy, reclaiming what is already known.

We are in a constant state of movement, as motion is a divine law of the universe. Even matter that appears to be still, such as a rock, is vibrating at a rate beyond our physical sensory. The universe is alive, and in this cosmic dance of life, we’re in a constant state of flux, experiencing changes in mind, emotions, actions and energy.

Now instead of fighting against movement, let’s find your divine flow. The key is to understand how you can move in harmony with the universal energies that play a part in your dance. Throughout this year, you’re invited to understand your own rhythm, the influence of universal tonalities and how to manage your flow instead of missing, or misunderstanding, significant aspects of how it all points to your processes of self-healing and awakening.

2020: the numerology of this year highlights duality (2 - feminine and masculine) being used in ways to support your understanding of self. This will also be a year of stabilization (4), grounding more into what you began to create in 2019 (3).

Lunar Energy, the Divine Feminine: acknowledging your emotions and musings, cultivating heart-centered motivations. In these phases we acknowledge how you’re being, while utilizing intuitive vision to support personal transformation and accessing support of the higher-mind. You will come to understand how lunations, paired with zodiacal constellations, point to what you are working through as the year progresses.

Solar Energy, the Divine Masculine: your expression, after nurturing communication with your divine feminine, you come into consideration of how you choose to project your heart into action (divine will). These phases support your various layers of doing, as guided by the gifts of astrological signs, so you come to understand how you’re being called into action throughout the year.

Elemental Balancing: you will learn how to harmonize the elements of your own being as we move through the seasons (earth-body/winter, water-emotion/spring, fire-will/summer, air-mind/fall). Coming into resonance with your spiritual nature will support how you experience life and create along the way.
